Education Visa (Single Entry)

Steps:

1) Fill in online application at https://www.konsolosluk.gov.tr/Visa

2) Submit your application online to receive your Reference Number.

3) Make an appointment for visa interview on the system after your application process is finished.

4) Bring all application documents in person together with the originals to the Consular Section at the date of your appointment.

5) Visa fee is 241.000,- MMK.

Required Documents:

• Biometric Photo (2” x 2.5”, white color background)
• Passport and Passport Copies
• Acceptance Letter issued by the University in Türkiye (with YÖK ID), payment slip to University (if any)
• Education Certificates (diploma, transcript of records etc.) and other related documents (with Notary approved English translation and MoFA stamp)
• Sponsorship Letter by the guardian or parents (with Notary approved English translation)
• Documents showing income status:
  -Company License, Company Extract, Form 6 and 26
  -Bank account statement (Showing the last 6 months)
  -(If applicable) Salary statement
• Criminal Record (with Notary approved English Translation)
• (For Myanmar Citizens) Citizenship ID Card (with Notary approved English translation)
• (For Myanmar Citizens) Family Registration (with Notary approved English translation)
• Hotel Booking
• Travel Health Insurance (covering the dates of travel and at least 30.000,- Euros)
• Flight Reservation (matching the dates of travel insurance coverage)
• Any other supporting documents

* Students who are going to study in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) should select on the system and apply for “Education in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus”.
