Work Visa Requirements

Steps:

1) Fill in online application athttps://www.konsolosluk.gov.tr/Visa

2) Submit your application online to receive your Reference Number.

3) Make an appointment for visa interview on the system after your application process is finished.

4) Bring all application documents in person together with the originals to the Consular Section at the date of your appointment.

5) Visa fee is241.000,- MMK.

Required Documents:

• Biometric Photo (2” x 2.5”, white color background)
• Passport and Passport Copies
• Employment Contract
• Visa Request Letter from the Employer Company
• Company Registration of the Employer Company from Türkiye
• Company Operation Documents from Turkish Trade Registry Gazette of the Employer Company from Türkiye
• Tax Clearance of the Employer Company from Türkiye
• Visa Request Letter of Myanmar Agent Company (A person from B.O.D. list must sign)
• Company License, Company Extract, Form 6 and 26
• Travel Health Insurance (covering the dates of travel and at least 30.000,- Euros)
• (For Myanmar Citizens) Citizenship ID Card (with Notary approved English translation)
• (For Myanmar Citizens) Family Registration (with Notary approved English translation)
• (For Non-Myanmar Citizens) FRC (The Registration of Foreigners Rules, 1948) (Form A)
• Criminal Record and Notary approved English Translation
• Flight Reservation (matching the dates of travel insurance coverage)
• Any other supporting documents
