Seaman Visa

Steps:

1) Fill in online application athttps://www.konsolosluk.gov.tr/Visa

2) Submit your application online to receive your Reference Number.

3) Make an appointment for visa interview on the system after your application process is finished.

4) Bring all application documents in person together with the originals to the Consular Section at the date of your appointment.

5) Visa fee is241.000,- MMK.

• Biometric Photo (2” x 2.5”, white color background)
• Passport and Passport Copies
• Travel Health Insurance (covering the dates of travel and at least 30.000,- Euros)
• Citizenship ID Card (with Notary approved English translation)
• Family Registration (with Notary approved English translation)
• Criminal Record (with Notary approved English translation)
• Flight Reservation (matching the dates of travel)
• Appointment Letter from Ships Company to Seafarer
• DMA Visa Request Letter
• Invitation Letter from Turkish Side/Agent
• Contract between seafarer and company
• Company License including BOD list
• SRPS License
• CDC
• All in One Tickets
• SID card
